Quick Answer — Can I get a refund?
Refund eligibility depends on the product. Digital deliverables (Blueprint, Build My Brand) have limited refund windows once sent. Studio engagements (Brand Entity Plan, Rebuilds) use deposit and milestone rules confirmed before work begins. Retainers require minimum terms as stated on service pages.

| Brand Entity Plan () | Deposit non-refundable after kickoff call. Balance per signed agreement. |
| Visibility / Authority / Enterprise Rebuild | Deposits and milestone payments non-refundable once that phase begins. See Client Services Agreement. |
| Retainers (–/mo) | 3-month minimum. No refund for elapsed months. 30-day written notice after minimum term. |
| Backlink campaigns (–) | No refund after campaign initiation or placement work begins. |
| Press packages (–) | No refund after copy approval or distribution begins. |
| Paid ads / social (–) | Management fees: no refund for elapsed months. Ad spend is client-paid separately. |
Credits & Upgrades
AI Search Blueprint fee credited in full toward Brand Entity Plan within 14 days when upgrading. Brand Entity Plan fees may be credited toward Visibility Rebuild within 30 days per studio discretion — documented in your agreement.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback after receiving agreed deliverables may result in termination of services and recovery of costs. Contact us first at oliver@aisearchwebsites.com to resolve disputes.

Email oliver@aisearchwebsites.com with your order reference, product name, and reason. We respond within five business days.
This policy supplements our Terms of Service. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
